new home... ??

Been pretty busy lately.. looking for new home.. Because of a newly launch offer, my dad bought a freehold condo (the infiniti) .. in a rush. He regretted it so much, that he keeps complaining of the bad things. that its noisy because its beside the AYE, its small, 1350sqft oni.. air pollution at clementi.. etc.. he regetted so much, that the next day, we went to other places to see other hses.. went choa chu kang n see a penthouse at (northdale), went buona vista (buona lodge), went bukit timah beside ddear ddear terrace, went chinese garden (lakeside towers), went yew tee too for a not launch yet project, went west coast for (the stella) etc. etc .. In total, we travelled to alot of places from south to southwest..

Conclusion.. My dad wanna to cancel his booking, and it means havin to lose bout ten thousands plus.. So wasted.. $ doesnt come easily.. And he is really interested in my ddear ddear kind of terrace townhse.. but price is not yet known. hope able to get a quote soon from ddear's uncle.. Another big possibility is the Buona lodge wch is selling bout 500psf. its a freehold project too. wch makes the price v cheap.. there are oni 29 families in the whole condo project. so alot of privcy as other projects like the signature park ve 800plus family sharing swimming pools etc, so crowded.. another plus point is that it overlook kent ridge park.. greenery.. that's wat my dad wants..

oh ya, forgot to add that when we went over to view ddear ddear's area terrace, her dad actually appeared.. and tok to my dad.. he even generously showed my family to his hse.. so weird la.. They tok to each other, but my dad dont know, he is my gf's dad.. wah... i oso kan cheong lo... anyway, glad nothin dramatic happen... hope can really be neighbour wif ddear ddear.. haha..

in other news, mon i met up wif ddear ddear and ve long john.. took some picts,wch i thought my ddear ddear look super cute.. whaha
