Had no car to drive from tue to thurs due to dad's car being sent for servicing.. So he used my car to work instead.. And i realise something.. I m happier with buses and trains.. well, sort of...
Happier because there is no need to worry for expensive carparks, esp those in town costing up to 3bucks per hours, normally is 2bucks per hrs. Say u park for a movie, and a meal, is equals to 6bucks.. yikes.. And those ERP. Damn those machine... The gavrment built it so that they can collect more $$ yet again, from us, the poor drivers. Damn the gavrment... I always got lost in town area, imagine one wrong turn is 2bucks, and i always make more than 1 wrong turns into the ERP.... And petrol... I drink one can of pokka green tea 1.5l only $1.20, my car drink one RON95 petrol 1.0l is $1.50. And its always thirsty.. I can at most drink 2 bottle = 3L, and my corolla drinks 50L... u do the math la.. Damn my corolla.. Damn the gavrment.. damn damn damn... SO, i m happier w/o driving in spore i think...
Not so happy with buses n trains coz- 1. Saw my friend's brother today in the bus, but not v sure if its him. So afraid to say hi, to save myself from embarassment. So weird la. And he was sitting behind me all the time, muz be wonderin y i so "tao" or if i m "crazy" coz i gave him a weird look b4 i sat down. HE might even thought i m interested in him la, coz i think i smile a little when i look at him. yikes... 2. Saw some punksters or ah beng in buses... Make me feel intimidated. I feel v uneasy ard them.. Dunno why.. i think i feel like shouting at them.. Juz a feelin.. I think i m sick in the mind. Also dont like to stand. So tiring la.. My legs, so skinny already, might break anytime.. ANd the balancing part, still ve problem balancing in the bus la. Better in MRT now though.. My turtle w/o shell told me that its coz my upper body is BIGGER than my lower, and my BIG head, so its hard to balance lo.. Maybe i think, coz her lower body is BIGGER than upper one, and she can balance so well... Envy...
Juz a thought.. Taking buses and trains, actually gif u more oppotunities to see more ppl. Was in Outram MRT station today at 10pm, and the no. of ppl there scary la.. Many many la.. So, commuters can meet and interact with more ppl rather than u alone in ur car. This is gd, and bad. Good for singles coz u will see more ppl n more choices. Bad for attached ones coz ur mind will wonder off when u see some pretty and handsome one. But Lucky i never see any today la.. So i said. its juz a thought oni.. anyway, i got my turtle without shell already. And hardly takes any public transport, so i think i m safe..
Anyway.. i still prefer driving after typing so much.
