Sat.. Woke up at 7am in the morning. But was on snooze mode until my turtle gif me a morning call. Thank you turtle.. had to crawl down my bed and to the toilet. Sat on the bowl for 30mins b4 bathing, wif no output. So sad la. But when i reach the work place, suddenly stomach pain... damn annoying lo.
Now, the main event for today- managing a simple game stall. This is my second job for the break la. So happy to earn my 2nd $50. And its all fun too. Work with ian, joey, joel, and my turtle. ANd all the ppl there are so friendly. With nice DJ playing nice songs, free flow of candy floss and pop corn, etc.. What is really great is the company of friends. Having fun, while being paid. Only downside is the hot weather. Made one wanna faint already.. And the children. I had never expose myself to so many kids before la, and i think nowadays kids are damn smart. Like when a 10yrs old gal ask my age, i ans jokingly that i m 12. She replied, 12 my foot ar.. and say things like i act cool, but not cool .. in hokkien. WTH!
She even tricked my turtle into buying her a drink...
But turtle and her seems to get along quite well le... hai. Children ...
went to kfc for aircon and drinks b4 rushing to my dad annual company dinner. Was quite stunned coz didnt realised so many of his workers went. Those that went was his permanent workers. There was 6 tables, and some 13 more ppl never turn up due to work conflicts, with my dad, with the supervisors, with the workers... But anyway.. saw 6 of my cousins as they working for my dad. 2 tables of indian workers, 3 tables malaysians, and one table my family n cousin... should ve one more table.. but didnt turn up. I think my dad's company is in a mess. V political, and alot of conspiracy. And cases of cheating etc is alot too. Been helping him to find solution to reduce cheating. Coz workers punch time card for each others.. And supervisors refuse to work, and they themselves slack and cheat too.. Sometimes, working for own ppl = many problems..
ANyway, back to dinner.. Ya, coz of the 2 tables of indian workers, alot of $ is spent on alcohol. In total, they finished 7 carton of Heineken, Tiger and Guinness... ANd in one carton, there are 12 big bottles... so = 84 bottles.. say there are 20 indians, each ppl is bout 3 to 4? bottles plus.. wah... But of coz, some chinese drink as well .. And some are quite drunk i think..
Wonder how they work tomor..
